Top Tiny Homes of 2025: Maxable Announces Call for Submissions for Best ADUs of the Year
Maxable, America’s leading authority on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), is now accepting entries for its highly anticipated annual showcase: The Best ADUs of 2025. Designers, homeowners, and builders nationwide are invited to submit their standout ADU projects for consideration. Submissions are open online via a Project Submission Form until November 2, 2025.
Winners will be featured on Maxable’s website alongside professional commentary and photography, highlighting the ingenuity and impact of America’s most inspiring ADUs. The winner may also be selected for an in-depth project feature with the potential to be covered by national press. In addition, all of this year’s finalists will be eligible for America’s ADU of the Year 2025, determined by community voting.
Each year, Maxable highlights ten exemplary ADUs that push the boundaries of small-space living through visual appeal, creativity, smart layouts, and functional design. Past winners have ranged from ultra-modern backyard cottages to elegantly repurposed garages, all proving that “small” can mean both stylish and highly livable.
